When to use it
While a position is open; can run in parallel with the main flow.

Plan-derived alert definitions.
Outputs
One-shot rings when conditions hit.
Upstream / downstream
- Upstream: Exit plan / open position context.
- Downstream: Human decision to flatten or hold per your rules.
Cautions
- Alerts are not fills. You still need to act (or let a resting order work).
- Do not ignore flatten-by-close alerts if your rule is flat before the bell.
